Kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade learn to praise the Lord through music
in our Children's Choir, part of the Wednesday evening Kids
WOW! program. This group learns a variety of songs, and participates in Sunday
worship and other events several times a year. Watch for more information on
our fall session beginning in October.
Other children's music opportunities offered during the year include playing
rhythm instruments, handchimes, and handbells. Watch for announcements on these

Christine Loy
Director, Music Ministry
Prior to serving at New Hope, Christine Loy served in Lexington, KY as Pastor of Worship and Music at Apostles Anglican Church, and Music Associate at Centenary United Methodist Church, Kentucky's largest United Methodist church. She has led worship and directed choirs in churches across the country for over 20 years. Her passion for the Lord is contagious and fuels her desire for authentic congregational worship.
Christine lives in Powell with her husband Bryan, and children Nick and Emily.
